Redesigned RVezy’s mobile navigation by moving core actions into a bottom bar for easier one-hand use. This change made key tasks instantly visible and aligned the mobile web with native apps, creating a consistent, intuitive experience across platforms.

The result was smoother navigation, faster task completion, and stronger usability for travellers on the go.

Search experience

Simplified the mobile search experience by removing the extra “home” search page. Using location settings, the platform now launches directly into nearby results. This reduced friction, shortened the path to booking, and improved search to booking conversion rate by 1.2%.

Preparation time

The Preparation Time feature gives hosts flexibility to block days before or after bookings for cleaning, maintenance, or setup. This improvement helps reduce booking errors, increase host satisfaction, and maintain high-quality guest experiences by ensuring every RV is ready for the next trip.

Review response

The Review Response feature allows hosts to reply to reviews directly. This addition strengthens trust between hosts and guests by promoting open communication and giving hosts a way to show appreciation, clarify feedback, and build credibility within the community.
